I have a convenience store ¾ of a mile from my house. I’ve made the deal with myself that if I just have to give in to that snack attack, then I have to walk there and back for it… it’s not a perfect solution, but it has helped slow down the frequency of me actually snacking.

I’m getting fiber in the spring, and I can’t wait to make spectrum my ex as well.
