If you have a blender and either a roasting pan or a pot, you can make your own. I recently spent $5 US on produce and an hour in the kitchen, and I have enough hot sauce to last a month. Admittedly all of my recipes have used onion and garlic, but it’s super flexible and forgiving to make your own recipes. You can also get into fermentation if that’s more your speed, and all you need is produce and salt.
