What a tweest!
What a tweest!
Not sure where you are but some US states already have laws in place for “death with dignity.” And of course some European countries too.
When I’m out and about and I see parents dragging their whiny kids around, I’m filled with such relief I have peace and quiet in my life.
If we can try with every day
To make it better as it goes
With any luck then I suppose
The music never ends
Funny you gave him the title of Knight of the Sofa. He had a spot on the back of our couch that is still dented to this day from his constant weight on it.
2020:
2024:
Sir Kitty was sensitive to the tone of my voice. If I was arguing with my husband, and especially if I was crying, he would come over, get on my lap if he can, and yell at both of us. (RIP July 2020, age 16) Here he is looking like he’s comatose.
Pez used to use her front paws to hold her tail up so she could groom it. I know it’s not super unusual, but she was the only one of our three who did that. (RIP November 2019, age 17+?) Here she is in the middle of a sneeze.
Murphy likes stinky socks and shoes. (Still kicking at 20+)
Leia does not want her food given to her. She wants to earn it.
And nauseous vs. nauseated.
I think what OP means is that when you’ve been immersed in rationality for a while then suddenly in a situation where you’re surrounded by religious people again, the things that are “normal” to them can be jarring to you. It’s quite an “emperor has no clothes” moment.
I’m thinking they found other fruit/veggie/food models with the dildo.
I need to see pics of you two!
I haven’t had In n Out in like 20 years but back then the fries were golden and crispy. I liked them a lot.
Just wanted to give you an update. I tried a couple of things (paste, drops) to see if adding those to his current food would entice him to eat. Nothing worked. But he absolutely loves the Weruva steak frites and scarfs it down every time. He is now back to eating his original prescription food in the morning and the steak frites in the evening. Thanks so much for all your input.
My brother has tinnitus and sometimes doesn’t realize his voice is really loud.
Murphy is around 20 years old at this point with chronic kidney disease and a balance problem that we have to give him a daily pill for for the rest of his life. He is definitely deaf because we’ve tried waking him up with loud noises. 😆
We thought the end was nearing because his appetite greatly decreased, but after trying different things we finally found a food he will scarf down that isn’t bad for his kidneys.
He seems back to his normal self again these days. Who knows how long he’ll live yet? We’ve heard some cats live past 30.
However many more days he has left with us, we intend to fill them with love, pets, and cuddles.
Our one remaining cat is deaf so we have to hold food/treats near his nose until the smell wakes him up.
As someone who works retail, I’m pretty shameless when it comes to kicking people out. I do it politely and with a smile but I have no problem telling customers we’re about to close or are closed.
We finally have new windows and sliding glass door on our fixer-upper.
