I assume we saw the same one but it wasn’t an ‘official’ controller, it was a 3rd party one specifically designed with steam in mind. Made by a company called Hori. Valve hasn’t announced another steam controller yet.

I mean you could just not use the difficulty slider. I’ve never turned down the difficulty in any game even if I could have, but I don’t begrudge people that do if they’re struggling.
Lmao I’m Canadian and trump is an asshole, but you guys are jokers with your ‘everyone who doesn’t like Biden is a Russian troll’ nonsense.
Maybe be mad at the party who keeps putting forward shitty candidates rather than the people who are fed up with the shitty candidates? You can’t have it both ways, saying every vote matters, and then also say but you have to vote for our old ghoul or you get someone worse. That’s the establishment propaganda that thankfully some people have grown out of. I’m not even American but by God reading all this fucking biden apologist discourse has me feeling so fucking sorry for your country. Yeah trump is bad bit at least he owns who he is. Voting biden at this point would feel like a fucking moral failing. I’d probably still do it bit I’d never stop complaining about it and fuck all of you who expect people not to complain. Your system is blatantly screwing you over and you’re just like “thank you more please. Please not the trump again”
“If I barely move my body I can last for a super long time. The trick to longer sex is less exertion, all these people getting sweaty and tired are doing it wrong”
Just buy an air mouse for $20 and you don’t have to get up to change episodes. Doesn’t help with having to unplug it from the hdmi all the time but that’s less of a hassle if you can just do it once when you start watching and then control everything from the couch.
Plenty of people are addicted to caffeine too. Maybe we should stop with all the drug addict discourse altogether, because it’s dumb and counter productive and doesn’t get people the help they really need. Lots of people can use drugs responsibly and lots of people can spiral into harmful lifestyle situations without ever touching pills or powders.
Seriously try one of the air remotes. It’s like a gyroscopic remote and it works way better than I ever thought it would for controlling a mouse cursor. They’re very cheap too, the one I have cost 30bucks, it can sense if you have it on the keyboard side or the media side facing up and disables the other sides buttons, deactivatable backlight on the buttons, and rechargeable battery, although it lasts for weeks without charging.
Or get a little air mouse remote for $20 on Amazon. This is what i use for controlling my pc when its hooked up to the TV and it’s so unbelievably good, even has a full keyboard on the back if I want to search something, full range of media controls on the front, and just point it and click to control the mouse cursor. Gamechanger.
It’s the Vulvula obviously.
Nothing says freedom like forced conformity and rigid adherence to authoritarian power structures!
If you’re legitimately interested you should check out /gonewildaudio (on reddit but there’s a lemmy community with a bot that reposts all the posts). Its all user submitted short (10-30 minute) scripts and then other users will record themselves reading the scripts, and I was honestly blown away by the quality and content. Not something I do all the time but there’s so many niche scenario scripts and the voice over recordings are really well done in the 3 or 4 that I’ve listened to.
Or they just made an announcement in 2021 about their existing content management tools and how much they’ve spent on them over the years. That’s how I read it anyway.
I’ve installed many non steam games on my deck, but the vast majority were ones I already had on my PC. I’ve found the easiest way by far is just to copy over the installed game folder to the steamdeck via ftp and add to steam. Only one game I’ve had to do any fiddling with so far, and that was just installing vcc studio dependencies with wine tricks. Other than that everything has worked with zero fiddling.
The ai has done a pretty good job damaging its own reputation. This one is fake, but there’s lots of real examples of it saying absurd things. Like to drink urine when you have a kidney stone, or put glue in your pizza cheese to stop it from sliding off the pizza.
Yes it is if you read the article, that’s exactly how he had it set up, and then you just have to manually move the battery where power is needed. You just can’t use your wall outlets when there’s an outage.
I mean Sauron had his physical form destroyed but still managed to be more than a bit of an annoyance I’d say.
More importantly they’re big and it takes a lot of strength to squeeze them into those tiny pipette holes.
I just started playing ghost of tsushima on my steam deck and it’s fucking gorgeous even on low settings, so I assume that would be pretty beautiful maxed out too.
A water bear being 1/10th of the edge of a coin doesn’t seem right, that’d be like 0.2mm and probably still visible. Did you miss a stage?
edit I’m totally wrong, apparently they can be up to 0.5mm. Crazy. Althought they’re much smaller when young
