Yes Ai is a big scary boogyman, it’s coming for our jobs, our art, and our porn, but for the love of god, can we please stop making unsubstantiated claims about what is and isn’t AI generated?

This picture has been on the internet since at least October 2021, the text is clear, background objects have continuity behind the subject, the light/ shadows all track, and model appears to be as anatomicaly correct as any other human (no extra fingers, wierd collar bones/ shoulder blades, etc). I will concede that her skin is on the smoother side, which could be the result of image manipulation (ie a software filter), a byproduct of the image resolution/ compression, or just a good skincare routine. That said, being pretty and having smooth skin are incredibly weak grounds to classify an image as AI generated.

Also, here’s as close as I can get to a Source for now.

I wanted to play with the framing a bit and this is what I landed on (A slight diamond frame could be fun here, especially with the curve to lead the eye around, but there just isn’t anything on the top of the frame to work with… ):

Teal to match the shoes would give it a nice symmetry as well, but I agree the hues clash more than they harmonize. I also find myself wishing I could reframe the shot, like, I can see the Fibonacci spiral the photography might have been going for, but it’s really claustrophobic. It almost feels like the white crowds out the other points of interest in the shot.

Looks like a set for a site called justteensporn.com (everything about it just screams early 2000’s, lol). I’m having trouble locking down a set name (can’t find anything 1st party or reputable, but at least this site bothered to leave the watermark) but the model is Koni Demiko

Huh, the article said it’s a mix of AI and Photoshop, so I’d be interested in seeing what the studio’s workflow looks like. Some of the images are really convincing at first glance; If I really look, details like the light direction/ shadow and the boundary area of clothing hints start to look off. It’s impressive (and somewhat terrifying) how much they’ve managed to avoid the uncanny valley.

In this case, I was mainly going off the fact that the model has videos that don’t have any ai generation hallmarks. Digging a little deeper, looks like she’s also got a few photo sets and videos on YouTube from a few years ago that make me inclined to believe that there’s an actual person in there somewhere.

That said, thank you for the reminder to question everything.

Given that the video is over 6 years old (identification, I’m not sure there are a whole lot more pixels to spare, but here the closest thing I’ve found to a Source.

Not on this one, sorry. Google is being less than helpful and Tineye only managed to find a Viper Girls thread (post id 15324464) dating March 2016. Oddly enough, there are higher resolution images floating around (eporner), but they aren’t dated so I have no idea if they’re the original upload or just an upscale. Yandex did find another image of of a different pose on a random Russian blog from March 2015, which makes me think a set might exist (that or a very photographically competent amateur). However, that’s about where the trail goes cold as the the second image doesn’t seem to exist anywhere else…
