Maybe they don’t spend thousands of dollars on Apple products? idk
Not to mention openSUSE Tumbleweed instead of Fedora :)
Yeah I was confused as to where all of my storage went xD
I had an issue on my PC (assuming faulty graphics driver or bug after waking from sleep) that caused my syslog file to reach 500GiB. Yes, 500GiB.
According to Dr. Calibri, there’s a 99.9999% chance they will approve it :)
If you want collaspable vertical tabs, you should look at using sideberry & this userChrome.css file set: https://github.com/Redundakitties/colorful-minimalist/tree/main
In 2022, Blizzard was valued at $60B and had a gross profit of $5.4B. Valve almost certainly had a gross profit more than that (Microsoft estimated $6.5B in 2021). $16B would be such a laughably low figure for the company, especially since Microsoft bought Blizzard at $70B (market cap of $74B around the same time). Not to mention how low-risk Valve’s profit is.
I’m kinda surprised no one’s mentioned them yet; but if you wanted a long-winded version of Tom Scott with a focus on technologies, take a look at Technology Connections
Akame ga Kill!
you also have 6 fingers? apparently I have 6 brain cells
They’d still be confused, considering commercial typewriters weren’t invented until the late 1800s
what about clown doctors?
Yeah that section really hit hard. Also loved Mick Gordon’s soundtrack :)
Yeah, I knew that the staff was confused, it’s just been several months since the bootloader app stopped working and with this news I’m starting to wonder if it will be available again
This is quite sad news. I feel like there isn’t a phone other than the zenfone 9/10 that could be a valid option for me. I guess I’ll just stick with this phone as long as I can. Hopefully they also release the unlock bootloader so I can download a new OS or some updates.
iirc, it costs $99 a year to be able to upload apps on the apple app store rather than a one-time $25 on android. Also, apple test flight or whatever has a limited amount of people who can use it, rather than just installing an apk on android. Apple’s ecosystem makes it much harder for open source or small apps to exist for iOS devices.
Not that I’m defending this move, but there is a difference between this and your example. iirc, the way Lemmy works, to get content from other instances, this instance “caches” the data and then hosts the data on their server(s) for the users to access. Because of this, the instance is technically hosting the data and could theoretically be held liable in any lawsuits.
Please do correct me if I misunderstand how Lemmy works. Also reading through other comments, it seems like no pirated content is actually hosted on those communities, so I doubt that they could be held liable in the first place.
type more abbreviations, ofc
