So I’ve been detoxing for my medication. And what sucks is like, I can’t like Focus? Or think if that makes any sense at all. Like when I have my medication I’m like all up on my phone, I’m reading, I’m cleaning, playing with my cats, I’m doing something. And without it I just feel like a fucking zombie. So I’ve just been constantly sleeping and like now when it hits night time I can’t fucking go to bed so I’m just painfully awake that’s what I call it. I don’t have my sleeping medication so I’m just here fucking awake. Meditation helps a lot but I use the wysa app. And I’m pretty much blown through all of them already I guess. It just fucking sucks feeling this way and I almost feel like it’s not even worth it to be quite honest with you.
Jogging helps during detox. If nothing else it gets your mind off it for 30 minutes.
I currently drink about 400mg of caffeine a day and need to ween off it.

No never heard of it. Tea derived? Tea makes me stay awake all night. Also angry. Like really angry. I can basically chug coffee all day but probably because I’m so used it it.
yeah l-theanine in green tea but in a small amount, in pill or powder form it’s much more than in tea

Why are you taking medication? From what I know you are a young woman. If it is for mental health please don’t. You are better of going to the gym, meeting some friends, going jogging, etc.
There is a youtuber who talks about health. One of his recent videos was about detox from sugar. He said that for several weeks one would feel tired. I think you can say the same thing for detox from other thing since you are not doing a thing that your body has gotten used to.
For meditations look at Jon Kabat-Zinn. His meditations are longer but you feel so good after them. You might want to sail the seven sees if you want to get them for cheep (aka $0)

Yea it’s for depression anxiety adhd and pmdd.
So far the past few days haven’t been SO bad. But enough so that I can’t be productive.
Great suggestions, I went for a walk today so I’m getting that in my schedule again. And I’m definitely gunna check out kabat. I do really need longer meditations
Another thing that might help. Go do something with teams. The first things that comes to mind are paintball and airsoft but I am a man and you might not like those two.
Try also playing some online team game. Don’t be shy. Just control yourself. Anything more than 2h can make you feel worse. Especially if you aren’t on the winning side.

I have issues with that. Too much on my plate and stressed out. I can sleep during the day, harder at night.
Has anything been helping you at all?
Working from home, so I can sleep in, look like a slob, and have easy access to naps. Of course the naps make it hard to sleep the next night, it’s a vicious cycle.
Medication for wut
From the sound of it, ADHD. I have it as well and have the same “sleep myself awake” problem right now to. Don’t have any meds right now so it’s hell.
Could also be crank tho.
