Just curious if there is a way as I’ve been subscribed to a couple now that just vanished out of nowhere and it’s a bit annoying to have dead instances on the switch screen.

You can block instances. That should be at the top of your block page.
Not exactly what I meant I mean a way to remove logins for instances that don’t exist anymore.
I haven’t tested this, but I noticed a couple times that if I switched to a login and immediately closed the app, that login would disappear and I’d have to log in again with it. Might take some trial and error to get the timing right.
There is a block instance option in the burger menu (3 dots) on a post, but you should do it through the options, otherwise you block the instance of the person posting.
