Is the joke that the repair man is completely wrong about the issue (thinking the TV being on its side is the problem) even though the real problem is the dad’s head tilts in the opposite direction from the rest of the family?
I think the joke is that they have it sideways and now all their heads are turned sideways as a result. He found what was making their heads tilted. That’s my interpretation.
