1·1 年前Maybe these SIMs are from stolen phones. Many of us are not aware of custom SIM PINs that give an extra protection whenever a thief tries to use the SIM for fraudulent activities.

Funny thing with our SIM registration law that it has 10-year data retention at telcos’ end after an owner deactivates its mobile number. 10 years is a heck of a steep.
