This is going to be a controversial game. Caicedo gets away with a 2nd yellow after 2 back to back foul’s worthy of a yellow, then an arguably soft pen gets given to Chelsea
Brain dead decision
There will still be a lack of consistency between and even during games, so this will just add yet another layer of ambiguity and controversy.
So give the ref’s another tool to dictate the flow/outcome of games. What could go wrong.
That will be a 10 year contract
That’s a pen to me. The rules don’t allow for interpretations of whether Martial retains possession, he’s clearly tripped in the process.
Of course it is, Brazil are embarrassed and need to deflect from their recent results. They aren’t the Brazil of old but carry themselves with the attitude.
Entire leave campaign should be in prison for treason. It wasn’t up for debate whether the country would be worse off economically, it was a fact, one which every credible economist confirmed.
What? They’re unrelated
One of the biggest ‘what if’s’ in football, different class
The things Raya is better than Ramsdale at are things Ramsdale can improve in, whereas the opposite isn’t true. Ramsdale should focus on improving in set pieces and long distribution to take his spot back
The fanfare is a bit much at the moment. All his goals have come from Pen’s and his assists were in 4-1 thrashings to Burnley and 9 man Spurs. The eye test tells you he’s a good player of course but people might be getting ahead of themselves.
That being said, JWP plays a different position/role which he’s competing with Henderson, Gallagher, Bellingham, and Trent; he’s a set piece specialist but outside of that he isn’t ahead of any of those apart from Henderson who plays in Saudi Pro League now but is one of Southgate’s favourites.
So he replaces Maddison, who’s injured, and Mount has had an awful start at United.
City players were mad that a foul wasn’t called on Broja
OP is a United fan and this is basically a repost
It’s being reposted by a United fan, only difference is this is now in a neat little graphic instead of the full report.
Be angry at Gabriel for not standing strong on his man
I’m done listening to all the mental gymnastics needed to conclude that Joelinton didn’t foul Gabriel
although Joelinton does have his hands on Gabriel, there isn’t enough to award a foul as Gabriel had made an action to play the ball before any contact
The ball falls through the gap between Joelinton’s arms and Gabriel’s neck that’s being forced down. The only reason that gap exists is because Joelinton is forcing Gabriel’s head down, but that doesn’t matter because an “action” by Gabriel already occurred? It’s nonsense, they wanted to give the goal, it’s that simple.
