    So, I guess my sissy journey is a little different than most because my partner and I are both switches. I’m kept in chastity most of the time now, but sometimes we’ll have a night where I’m allowed to be released and do whatever I want to mommy- just to be caged back up and possibly punished depending on what was done.

To sound really clinical: primarily engaging one’s primary fantasies while not neglecting secondary ones.
