    You’re not dumb, it’s been a long time (23 years). I don’t know who you are so there’s a chance you are so young that this happened before you were old enough to understand what was going on. An actual dumb person wouldn’t have thought to ask or wouldn’t admit they didn’t know.

      Yoo is also a longtime and enthusiastic supporter of Trump. He does not get to plead ignorance on Trump’s deportation policies (“who could have known Trump would do exactly what I encouraged him to do!”).

        That’s one thing I love about the Lemmy community compared to Reddit. I was frequently downvoted to oblivion when asking simple questions, usually just asking for clarification, so I wouldn’t get an answer. That hasn’t happened to me once on Lemmy.

      To be fair, I knew who he was but forgot his name altogether. God damn, I was getting way too high from 2000-2005.
