      5 workouts is a lot! Does your body not get overtired? I do 4 and if I do 5 I risk damage

        I don’t really work-out for hours, only about 30-40 minutes and its mostly stretching. I do 50% bodyweight stuff und 50% pilates. So it is actually quite easy. The tough part is to get out of bed on time to do it.

    Difficult and complicated are words that I wouldn’t even know how to interpret for a human being lol. I hope this kind of language doesn’t occur too often.

    Also would you recommend avoiding the term ‘too much’ for people that just have too much energy and overwhelm me? Because that’s how I use and interpret it regardless of gender.
