minus-squareslowmorella@discuss.tchncs.delinkfedilinkarrow-up3·8 months agoI don’t really work-out for hours, only about 30-40 minutes and its mostly stretching. I do 50% bodyweight stuff und 50% pilates. So it is actually quite easy. The tough part is to get out of bed on time to do it.
